Responsibilities

  • Undertake research and monitoring on the macro environment and industry developments and help evaluate the investment implications on the property sector
  • You will be primarily involved with: compiling, maintaining and analyzing market/financial data; performing analysis and maintain earnings models on relevant companies; ad hoc client requests; liaising with and attending presentations of company managements and IR personnel and producing extensive contributions to written research
  • The role has a high degree of client focus and interaction both internally and externally, which requires strong communication skills
  • The position is located in Hong Kong

Requirements
  • Excellent academic record with an Undergraduate degree, plus a relevant Professional qualification (CPA/CFA/ACA) or Master's Degree
  • 3-5 years of work experience - preferably in an equities-related role
  • Prior experience in China property research a major plus
  • Native-level fluency in English and Mandarin - both spoken and written
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team player to meet tight deadlines to consistently high standards, with a high level of initiative and motivation
