Business Development Manager, Car Financing - Consumer Secured Lending

  • As a Business Development Manager, you are primarily responsible for driving new sales via auto dealerships as a source of financing referrals.
  • You will identify and evaluate new tie-up opportunities as well as deepen existing alliance relationships for long term growth.
  • You will work independently and take charge of your own time planning sales visits and maximizing sales opportunities at alliance partners
  • You will progressively build referral base via regular contact and strong engagement at all levels of the assigned dealerships
  • As the point-of-contact between dealerships and the bank, you are expected to handle escalations and resolve loan approval and/or referral related issues expediently
  • You will provide timely market updates to the product team as well as share insights and best practices to continually drive improvements to our end-to-end financing process
  • With an emphasis on addressing customers' needs, you will also ensure that all internal and external leads are handled on a timely basis



  • Must have a positive working attitude, good customer service skills and a high degree of initiative
  • Preferably have relevant business development/relationship management experience in the banking and financial services industry
  • Must be driven and able to work well under pressure to meet the sales target
