Real Estate Support Staff (9 months contract)

  • Make travel, meeting, lunch arrangements
  • Co-ordinate the maintenance of office equipment
  • Maintaining Files
  • Assist in preparation of internal and external correspondences
  • Collate information / updating of information database
  • Assist in financial spreading
  • Assist in co-ordinating customer events
  • Other operational and administrative duties (performing RCB searches, tracking of monthly reports, data input requirements, photocopying/scanning, internal document despatch, ad-hoc duties)


Qualifications
  • Good inter-personal and time management skills
  • Mature, meticulous, well-organised, able to work both independently and in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially in Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Basic accounting knowledge would be an advantage.
