Job Description

eCommerce
* Closely work with Money Markets/T-M desks and eCommerce engineering + development teams to help deliver the Client Liabilities agenda
* Roll out S2BX MM Module to new locations
* Roll out LPRC Pricing Framework to new locations
* Develop & grow Bloomberg and other external channel distribution
* Work with the Sales business to externalise deposits to client via the GUI or external channels
* Ensure business is realising the benefits agreed against funding for the programme
* Prioritise the development items to achieve the biggest benefits, whilst managing spend within approved budgets
* Build PEDS for subsequent years' funding

Product Development & Rollout
* Work with T-M to develop LCR & NSFR friendly products (Evergreen Deposits, Progressive Deposits, Floating Rate Deposits, Extendible Deposits, etc.) or to change existing models to make them regulatory friendly
* Oversee system development to ensure that business requirements have been met & coordinate User Acceptance Testing
* Collaborate with the support teams to document new payoffs, update PPG's & CA's and obtain PSGL product codes where necessary.
* Roll out new products to new locations (UAE, China etc)
* Work with onshore teams to obtain any regulatory approvals required
* Closely work with T-M and Money Markets Sales to manage the smooth transition of country rollouts through knowledge sharing across centres.
* Ensure the costs vs. benefits considerations have been met. Challenge delivery costs.

Infrastructure Agenda
* Work with Technology and T-M business to create a strategic infrastructure roadmap
* Identify investment spend and planning for subsequent years.
* Socialise PEDS to PRC stakeholders and key individuals to aid approval.
* Work on innovation agenda for T-M to quickly assess practicalities for new initiatives
* Central point for business requirements and BOW, challenge business on benefits and prioritisation ensuring that project spend is within approved thresholds.
* Manage business project timelines - actively monitor key milestones and regularly update all stakeholders
* Track finances and benefits for all approved programmes
* Provide governance and approval of ALM owned profiles and systems such as Razor and Fermat access.
* Review and challenge ITO business and technology & FM project allocation re-charge costs.
* Be the COO point person for Austraclear

Control and Governance
* Represent Business and provide leadership to strategic business initiatives.
* Ensure that any new initiatives work within the governance framework in T-M. Implement controls where required.
* Work with the wider T-M COO team on Operational Risk and/or other control initiatives.

Change
* Support the T-M change agenda, by assisting in the development of efficient and effective booking models for new products
* Support T-M Business with ad-hoc improvements to reduce the manual effort and improve automation
* Other change and efficiency initiatives for T-M (and specifically considering the integration into the wider Treasury)

Audit
* Audit Support for T-M audits
* Work closely with GIA on addressing risk and control issues.

* In depth knowledge of T-M business practices, methodologies, products and operational processes

* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to network and influence decisions within the business and within infrastructure/ support teams
* Excellent communication skills
* Good business judgment with experience in operational control and risk assessment within a multifunctional and multicultural team environment
* Flexible and responsive nature in order to handle multiple initiative and changing priorities
* An inquisitive "challenge the status quo" approach to existing practices and procedures
