Service Manager (BBCSC - BizConnect)

Responsibilities
  • Attend to a portfolio of customers' enquiries and operational transactions like loans, time deposits and funds transfers.

  • Rate fixing with customers and Group Treasury.

  • Liaise with various internal Business Units and operational departments in resolution of customer related issues.

  • Other operational duties and administrative support as required from time to time.


Qualifications
Requirement
  • Good knowledge in corporate banking operations

  • Minimum 1 year experience in service
  • Results oriented and customer focused

  • Meticulous, organized and is able to work independently

  • Good team player who is able to work with both internal and external parties
