Study Loans Product Manager


Overall Job Purpose:

  • Working with external partners, you will be responsible for supporting the key business lead to evaluate the business cases and collaboration opportunities with both existing and new partners to develop actionable insights & uncover new opportunities. These will drive revenues and customer experience benefits for the bank and partners.

  • Undertake analysis of product portfolio, customer information and channels to formulate business strategies that improve product growth and profitability.

Roles & Responsibilities

An independent individual who actively collaborates with internal and external partners on campaigns/events/activities to drive customer acquisition

  • Accountable for the financials of Study Loans (EDL/ TFL).
  • Act as main point of contact for key partnerships.
  • Ideate potential new use cases that would benefit new partners to join the ecosystem and drive business development.
  • Work with prospective new and existing partners to continually evaluate potential business opportunities and structure the scope of any potential collaboration.
  • Maintain regular interaction with internal & external partners to co-create business cases. Make proactive recommendation on how to develop use cases that could be leveraged to help partners achieve their goals and deepen the relationship.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure end-to-end processes are managed.


Qualifications
Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Competencies):
  • At least 1 to 2 years' experience in the role or similar role
  • Understanding of financial services preferred
  • Exposure to use of data analysis to support business
  • Familiar with education trends is a plus
  • Curiosity & a real passion for understanding "why?"
  • Creativity to see possibilities through understanding of partners' needs and how data can assist in clear decision-making and actions
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and sharp analytical skills
  • Driven, confident, self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
