The successful candidate will be a key member of the Investment team, involved in all aspects of the investment process. Core competencies and responsibilities will focus on financial equity modeling, analysis of investment opportunities, deal execution, preparation of investment recommendations and any related administrative tasks.

ROADIS currently manages and operates a portfolio of assets representing investments of more than USD3 billion, and its strategy will see it deploy a significant amount of capital over the next few years.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the Investment team, involved in all aspects of the investment process. Core competencies and responsibilities will focus on financial equity modeling, screening and analysis of investment opportunities, deal execution, preparation of investment recommendations and any related administrative tasks.
Transaction analysis and execution
Perform analysis of investment opportunities.
Support Senior Investment Manager on deal execution.
Develop and analyze equity financial models, focusing on model integrity, multivariate sensitivity analyses, key assumptions review and validation, etc.
Research and analyze main transaction risks as well as the reasonability of operational and financial objectives.
Liaise with technical consultants and review and summarize associated reports.
Control and administration
Assist in setting up the systems and management tools required for the investment process.
Support any project to improve dissemination and organization of information and other administrative endeavors.
Participate in any other project to improve team performance and efficiencies.
University degree in business administration or its equivalent
CA, MBA or CFA is an asset
4 to 6 years of relevant financial analysis and valuation experience, ideally within the infrastructure sector
Global and emerging market experience, is an asset
Knowledge & Skills
Excellent analytical, modeling and commercial skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and oral)
English required. Spanish is an asset
Possess high level of personal and professional integrity, sense of initiative, commitment, attention to detail and teamwork
Ability to work well under pressure
Willingness to travel globally
