MarkitSERV Client Services is a global team, providing a full range of production support to clients across the suite of MarkitSERV products. The primary purpose of this position is to perform post-production support. This role covers all MarkitSERV FX platforms.

Duties & Accountabilities

  • Develop and apply strong technical skills and good business knowledge to understand client requirements, translate requirements into configurations
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skill, ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and high quality manner
  • Liaising with other team members, product, development and infrastructure teams as required
  • Work closely with regional and global colleagues and stakeholders to provide high quality input into, run and execute initiatives to enhance our service
  • FX Subject Matter Expert

Business Competencies

Education and Experience

  • College Degree Preferred
  • Minimum 5 years financial services experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge can be acquired
  • FpML/XML, XSLT, Unix
  • FX knowledge

Commercial Awareness

  • Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment with client

Management requirements

  • No prior experience necessary
