Your new role
Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for the following:
- Lead month-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and audit processes across a complex multi-entity environment, partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing key financial outcomes.
- Develop, mentor and build capability within the finance team, fostering strong commercial understanding and technical expertise.
- Partner with local and international stakeholders, managing complex reporting requirements, intercompany reconciliations and treasury activities.
- Drive continuous improvement across financial controls, reporting quality, processes and management commentary to support better business decision-making.
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
- CA/CPA qualified finance leader with proven Financial Controller or Finance Manager experience within a large, complex corporate environment.
- Strong technical accounting capabilities across financial reporting, audits, controls, treasury, compliance and multi-entity reconciliations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop accounting teams while driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across finance, operations and external parties while navigating complex reporting requirements.
