The Role
We're looking for an experienced UKG Pro WFM Technical Consultant to take ownership of a critical Workforce Management platform within a large enterprise environment.
This is a hands-on technical role where you'll configure, support and enhance UKG Pro WFM while partnering with business stakeholders and the UKG vendor to deliver continuous improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Configure and support UKG Pro WFM
- Enhance forecasting, labour standards and capacity planning
- Build and maintain pay rules, work rules, calendars and shift templates
- Manage production support, incidents and vendor escalations
- Deliver system enhancements and support UKG releases
- Work closely with business, operations and delivery teams
Your Profile
- 3+ years' experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM)
- Strong configuration experience across forecasting, labour standards and workforce planning
- Experience supporting production environments and resolving complex technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- UKG Pro WFM certification (or working towards it) is highly regarded
