Join a large and complex organisation undertaking a significant enterprise-wide transformation program focused on modernising its People and Finance functions. Following a recent programme reset, additional investment and scope have been approved, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Change Manager to play a key role in delivering both a major ERP implementation and HR operating model transformation.

Your new role
Reporting into the Programme Change Lead, you will be responsible for leading the change strategy and delivery across the People function. Working closely with HR leaders, recruitment teams, payroll stakeholders and operational managers, you will help guide the organisation through the implementation of a new ERP platform and associated changes to processes, structures and ways of working.This role will focus on translating existing change assessments into practical delivery outcomes, driving stakeholder engagement, business readiness and adoption activities, and helping leaders successfully navigate change. You will play a critical role in supporting the People Unit as it transitions to a new operating model while embedding new technologies and processes across the organisation. What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Senior Change Manager delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong ERP implementation experience, ideally Workday, with experience across HR, HCM or People-related modules.
• Previous experience with other ERP platforms such as SuccessFactors, Oracle or SAP will also be highly regarded.
• A background working within HR, People & Culture or operational HR environments, with a strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.
• Experience supporting organisational design, workforce transformation or operating model change initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence leaders and support complex stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated experience delivering business readiness, communications, change impact assessments and adoption activities.
• Payroll transformation experience will be viewed favourably.
• Higher Education or similarly complex environments are highly desirable.
