Job Description

Join our team as a Financial Control Assistant for the EMEA region. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of the financial control process, including assisting with the closing process, improving internal controls, and ensuring the smooth execution of financial operations across multiple entities within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the closing process for the EMEA region, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Support the improvement of the internal control system for the EMEA region.
  • Assist in the preparation of a detailed closing schedule that covers all entities in the region.
  • Analyze any deviations from the closing schedule and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
  • Participate in the task force focused on improving the internal control system across the region.
  • Support the management of financial control for the EMEA region, working within a multi-standard environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth running of financial processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards.
  • Team spirit and eagerness to contribute to the development and improvement of operations.
  • Energetic, dynamic, and driven with a passion for building and developing.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
