Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

1. Establish credibility with a range of clients through impeccable product knowledge and by professionally guiding prospective clients through the sales process
2. Telephone sales skills done extraordinarily well - listening more, asking open questioning, probing, gathering information to develop a clear understanding needs and goals of our clients, explaining and tailoring solutions to meet the needs of our clients
3. Ability to explain complex financial products in a clear and concise manner, communicating the important aspects of trading that clients need to understand
4. Quickly qualify leads while demonstrating empathy
5. Organise and manage a pipeline to drive conversion and optimize results. (where conversion means taking a lead to be a funded account)

Person Specification:
Ability / Expertise


Essential:
1.Experience of creating tailored retail client solutions from a range of options to meet individual needs (customer service and sales could be relevant)
2.Success in 1-2 previous roles (minimum of 6 months total experience) in sales within a target-driven environment - i.e. high volume, telephone sales, commission-driven reward
3.Experience in working with prospects that require creative strategies and longer term planning to be successful
Desirable:
1.Sales in a regulated environment
2.Drive to improve and learn through seeking, accepting and adapting to feedback

Qualifications

Essential:
- Professional pride and a strong sense of doing the right thing by the client
- Passion for sales and interacting with people of all walks of life - Dutch speaking
Desirable:
- Selling financial products
- Personal experience of trading derivatives, shares and/or other investments
