We are looking for an entrepreneurial and independently thinking M&A / Business Development Manager to continue the successful growth path of our portfolio company Ohrwerk. For further information please visit: Ohrwerk

Your responsibilities:

  • Planning, implementation and support of company acquisitions in close cooperation with the CEO and CFO as well as the investment team of NORD Holding
  • Independent market and company analyses as well as preparation of business plans and financial models
  • Preparation of valuations as well as coordination and execution of the transaction process (incl. due diligence and support of contract negotiations)
  • Management of the acquisition process and support of CEO and CFO in the integration of the acquisitions as well as the further development of the group and group structures
  • Close coordination with external consultants and internal contacts

Your profile:

  • Excellent problem solving skills and analytical skills accompanid by entrepreneurial thinking. High degree of initiative and organizational strength
  • Degree from a university or university of applied sciences (Bachelor or Master) in business administration or comparable qualification
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in M&A with a leading consulting firm, Big4, strategy department, or in-house M&A.
  • Good knowledge of German accounting standards as well as basic legal and tax knowledge
  • Proficiency in Office365 (esp. Teams, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Proven communication skills in German and English
