Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer, broker and intermediary enquiries via phone and email.
• Provide support on existing insurance and investment-related policies.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and ensure service standards are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and business partners.
• Liaise with internal teams and overseas offices to resolve enquiries efficiently.
• Ensure all communications are accurate, professional, and compliant with internal procedures.
• Assist with policy administration and day-to-day operational activities.
• Escalate complex enquiries or potential complaints where appropriate.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, operations, insurance administration or financial services.
• Insurance, banking or wealth management experience would be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English is essential. Cantonese and Mandarin would be highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
