A regional insurer is looking for a conduct/ distribution risk candidate with exposure to compliance testing.

Your new role

• 
  Drive and support conduct & customer protection frameworks across regional markets.
  
• 
  Monitor compliance through dashboards, reporting, and ongoing reviews.
  
• 
  Coordinate compliance testing, track action plans, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  
• 
  Collaborate with regional and group stakeholders on compliance priorities and initiatives.
  
• 
  Prepare materials for committees, reports, and senior management updates.
  
• 
  Support training, awareness programmes, and internal communications across teams.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 
  Minimum 6+ years of experience in compliance, conduct, or distribution compliance within insurance.
  
• 
  Regional exposure across Asia with strong stakeholder management experience.
  
• 
  Good understanding of insurance products, sales practices, and regulatory frameworks.
  
• 
  Experience in compliance testing, monitoring, or internal audit is advantageous.
  
• 
  Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  
• 
  Proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  

What you'll get in return

  Successful candidate will be offered a monthly salary ranging from HKD 60,000 to 65,000 depending on your interview performance and level of experience;
