Investment / Business Analysis (Associate / Analyst) / Graduate Trainee - Private Equity

Our client is looking for a high calibre to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis for investment opportunities, including conducting market research and performing fundamental analysis

• Support the deal execution, including due diligence, valuation, , transaction document.

• Work with both internal and external parties for post-acquisition management

•Contribute to internal approval and reporting process by drafting investment analysis report, communicating with internal stakeholders

•Handle ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

•Bachelor's Degree or above in finance, accounting or law is preferred

•3 to 5 years of experience in M&A / Investment and/or Private Equity

•Comfortable with different time zone working environment

•Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with good judgement knowing how to juggle multiple priorities

•Less experienced candidate will be considered as Investment Analyst / Graduate Trainee.
