We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver strategic value for our blue-chip financial services customers. You will shape, mobilize, plan, and lead programs of work that support mission-critical business and customer objectives in the financial crime domain. This is a client-facing, high-impact role with significant responsibility for relationship management, innovation, and project execution.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives
• Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing strategic solutions
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS and On-premise software projects to meet client expectations and business goals
• Lead project teams to innovate and implement AI-powered solutions that enhance value for clients
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, upselling, cross-selling, and revenue growth through effective project management strategies
• Foster an environment of creativity and innovation within the project team
• Stay up-to-date with trends in SaaS technologies and the financial services domain to drive project success
• Develop project strategies aligned with business innovation goals
• Achieve or surpass revenue targets set for the project portfolio
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, to high-quality standards
• Meet or exceed project milestones and deadlines, with continuous improvement focus
• Monitor and manage project budgets and profitability, implementing cost-saving measures as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely project documentation and reporting
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Present to clients, run demonstrations, and design solutions tailored to client requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• At least 10 years of related experience in project management
• Formal Project Management accreditation (PMP and/or PRINCE required)
• Strong experience in managing client relationships, preferably in the SaaS industry
• Proven track record of delivering large, complex, successful SaaS projects ($5m+ value), on time and within budget
• Expert-level proficiency with MS Project and strong financial management skills
• Experience migrating clients and software from on-premises solutions to SaaS
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions in project management
• Familiarity with the latest SaaS platforms and technologies
• AI experience and hands-on usage

• Experience in the financial crime domain
• Experience with both SaaS and on-premise software projects
• Experience in the financial services industry
