1. Application Development

Design, build, and customize high-performing Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps tailored to solve complex business challenges.

Utilize Power Fx formulas to implement advanced application logic, variables, and collections.

Design responsive, user-friendly, and modern user interfaces (UI) prioritizing accessibility and exceptional user experience (UX).

Extend Power Apps functionality using custom components (PCF controls) or client-side scripting (JavaScript/HTML/CSS) where necessary.

1. Process Automation & Integration

Architect and manage secure, automated workflows and integrations using Power Automate (cloud flows, business process flows, and desktop flows/RPA).

Build custom connectors and utilize standard APIs to integrate Power Apps seamlessly with external databases, cloud services, and third-party systems

Manage, configure, and maintain data storage solutions within Microsoft Dataverse, ensuring optimized table designs, relationships, and business rules.

Connect applications with other data sources such as SQL Server, Oracle, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize app performance, addressing issues related to delegation, large data sets, and offline capabilities.

1. Non-Technical Responsibilities

Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document user stories, translating complex business workflows into technical specifications.

Provide comprehensive training, documentation, and technical support to end-users to maximize application adoption.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders, clients, QA, and DevOps engineers in a highly agile and collaborative environment.

Stay updated with Microsoft's continuous release waves, proactively recommending new features and technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications

• ands-on experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps & Power Automate).
• Should have experience in Power Apps Canvas and Model Driven Apps.
• PL-100, PL-400, PL600 Certification is a plus.
• Candidate should have working knowledge of Advance Excel, relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and a solid grasp of SQL queries
• Basic coding knowledge (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or C#) is a strong plus for building custom Power Platform Component Framework (PCF) controls.
• Proficiency in Power Fx, custom connector development, and Dataverse architecture
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to bridge the gap between technical and business audiences.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, debugging expertise, and a keen attention to detail.
• Basic understanding about the Project Management Knowledge areas & Planning Terminologies.

Working Hours: Must be ready to work permanently in the 2nd shift (12:30 PM to 9:00 PM) to secure 3-4 hours of daily coordination and collaboration with our US Office.

Work Location: This is a work-from-office role demanding regular physical presence. A hybrid benefit of four (4) Work From Home (WFH) days per month is provided.
