Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of credit market clients across financial institutions in Japan
• Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with local and global teams
• Build strong client relationships through tailored product presentations and engagement
• Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with global teams across APAC, Europe, and the US to drive regional growth

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• 3-5+ years of sales experience within financial services (banks, brokers, fintech, or data vendors)
• Strong knowledge of credit markets, with exposure to rates, derivatives, or equities
• Proven experience in client relationship management and business development
• JSDA Class-1 certification required

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing roles
• Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders
• Self-driven with strong ownership and results-oriented mindset
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently

Language Requirements:

• English: Business level
• Japanese: Native level

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in electronic trading or fintech environments
• Exposure to cross-border or global client engagement
