ROLE SUMMARY:

• s an Alarm Center Executive, you will serve as the primary coordination point for policyholders - mainly business professionals - who encounter medical emergencies or urgent situations while traveling or on assignment abroad. Acting on behalf of the insured and their families, you will orchestrate end-to-end assistance including hospital referrals, interpreter arrangements, payment guarantees, and patient repatriation, working with overseas partner providers around the clock.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to inbound calls from customers requiring assistance during overseas emergencies, providing guidance, arranging services, and processing necessary procedures.
• Coordinate emergency hospital referrals, payment guarantees for medical expenses, and ongoing treatment monitoring.
• rrange patient transfers and repatriation to Japan, including coordination of accompanying medical staff (doctors/nurses) when required.
• Liaise directly with international partner providers to deliver seamless, real-time assistance.
• Manage sensitive situations including, where necessary, arrangement of remains repatriation.
• Maintain accurate case records and provide timely updates to all relevant stakeholders.
• Work across evening and night shift rotations as part of a 24/7 operations team.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• English proficiency sufficient for phone-based communication (TOEIC ~600 or equivalent).
• B2B work experience, OR prior experience in hotels, travel agencies, or airlines.
• bility to work rotating shift schedules, including evening shifts (14:00-22:00) and night shifts (21:00-09:00 next day).
• No prior experience in this specific role or industry required - career changers are welcome.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in corporate or B2B client negotiations.
• Background in healthcare, insurance, or customer service coordination.
