Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group's key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.

This function is in the Banking Operations department, in the Assets Servicing unit.

Your role

The scope of the function is to oversee all the workflow from the trade reception, data analysis and life cycle data management to instruments pricing. The scope of asset includes mutual funds, hedges funds and private equity.

• Integration and control of assets opening in our global platform Neoxam through prospectus analysis and identification of investment strategies & trading conditions,..
• Contact our external service providers Vestima, Telekurs
• Introduce the necessary settings for queries and Data/pricing flows for securities newly registered in our systems from our various financial information providers (Bloomberg, SIX).
• Searching for this information for newly opened securities in our system and providing the assistance requested by the various users of these prices (accountants for investment funds, valuers, administrators, asset managers, wealth managers, etc.).
• Updating the prices (final and/or estimated NAV) of fund units based on all information available(statements, e-mails, websites, feed providers, stock market quotations, etc.).
• Carrying out the necessary validations using control files (Variations, Impact NAV, No Load, Stale Price, etc.)
• Liaise directly with our main stakeholders in case of issue.

Your profile

Requested experience:

• Finance-oriented training (BAC+2/3).
• Initial experience in fund pricing would be an asset

Knowledge / technical skills:

• Good knowledge of financial products in general and hedges funds in particular
• Good knowledge of financial information providers.
• Skilled user of office software applications.

Soft skills:

• Driven and capable of showing initiative in solving problems.
• An enquiring mind with strong learning skills and a well-developed critical faculty.
• Accuracy and thoroughness in searching for the information required to value securities.
• Good capacity to collaborate and find win-win solution.

Language skills:

• French: fluent level
• English: good knowledge (written and spoken)
