About the Role:

As a Communications Specialist at CBRE, you will play an important role in shaping how we connect with employees, clients and stakeholders. From internal engagement campaigns and leadership communications to events, presentations and digital content, your work will help strengthen our brand, support key business priorities and drive meaningful engagement. How You'll Make an Impact:

• Create engaging communications content across multiple channels, including digital, print and presentation materials.
• Support business initiatives, campaigns and events with impactful messaging and creative communications solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to bring ideas, projects and stories to life.
• Develop presentations, proposals and communication assets that enhance the employee and client experience.
• Ensure all communications reflect CBRE's brand standards, tone of voice and quality expectations.
• Identify new trends, tools and opportunities to continuously improve communication effectiveness and audience engagement.

What You'll Need:

• A degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Media Studies, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in Communications, Internal Communications, Marketing Communications or a similar role.
• Fluent English and intermediate Dutch level
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Experience developing content for digital, print and presentation-based communications.
• The ability to transform complex information into clear, engaging and impactful communications.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel; experience with design, intranet or content management tools is advantageous.
• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• A creative, proactive and detail-oriented approach, combined with a passion for storytelling and employee engagement.
