Proprietary software solutions and innovation are at the core of what differentiates Citco in the alternative investment industry.
As a member of the Group IT organization, you will join a global team of technology professionals responsible for delivering and supporting Oracle Cloud solutions that enable critical business operations across Human Resources, Finance, and other enterprise functions.
You will collaborate with functional analysts, architects, developers, infrastructure teams, and Oracle support personnel to deliver secure, scalable, and supportable cloud integration solutions.
Your Role:
As an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Integration Cloud solutions that integrate Oracle Fusion HCM with internal and external systems.
This is a hands-on technical role focused primarily on Oracle Integration Cloud development, Oracle Fusion HCM integrations, enterprise data movement, reporting solutions, and production support.

As an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Integration Cloud solutions that integrate Oracle Fusion HCM with internal and external systems.
This is a hands-on technical role focused primarily on Oracle Integration Cloud development, Oracle Fusion HCM integrations, enterprise data movement, reporting solutions, and production support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations for Oracle Fusion HCM and related enterprise systems.
- Develop inbound and outbound integrations using OIC orchestration, REST APIs, SOAP services, File/FTP adapters, Oracle SaaS adapters, and event-driven integration patterns.
- Design and implement integration mappings, transformations, validations, reconciliations, and exception-handling processes.
- Monitor integration execution, troubleshoot failures, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate issue resolution with functional, technical, and vendor teams.
- Support integration lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, technical design, development, unit testing, deployment, validation, and post-production support.
- Develop and support Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions using REST and SOAP services, HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI reporting.
- Develop secure reporting and integration solutions while ensuring appropriate handling of sensitive employee and payroll data.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM technical components including value sets, lookups, User Defined Tables (UDT), descriptive/extensible flexfields, security roles and privileges, approval rules, and scheduled processes.
- Collaborate with HR teams across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, and Talent Management initiatives.
- Prepare technical specifications, mapping documents, test plans, deployment documentation, and operational support procedures.
- Support quarterly Oracle Fusion Cloud releases by assessing business impacts, validating integrations and reports, coordinating regression testing, and implementing required remediation activities.
- Partner with Oracle Support through Service Requests (SRs) to resolve product-related issues.
- Participate in application support rotations and provide timely resolution of production incidents.
About You:
You must have:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) working experience creating OIC integrations and technical solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Talent and Recruiting business processes.
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion HCM with internal and third-party applications.
- Experience developing REST and SOAP based integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture, business objects, secured views, and data flows.
- Experience with Oracle HCM REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
- Experience working with OIC integration patterns including scheduled, app-driven, file-based, and event-based integrations.
- Experience using OIC adapters, including Oracle SaaS, REST, SOAP, File, and FTP/SFTP adapters.
- Strong SQL skills with experience troubleshooting integration and data issues.
- Experience creating technical specifications, source-to-target mappings, deployment documentation, and support procedures.
- Experience supporting production applications and resolving integration incidents.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within globally distributed teams.
- Integration security and Oracle offerings
- Ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, connections, SaaS applications, etc. in the solution
- Experience with Oracle Redwood UX for Fusion HCM, including page configuration/extension analysis, personalization governance, testing of seeded Redwood pages and alignment with Oracle-supported customization boundaries.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud AI Agent Studio, AI agents, and AI-driven business process automation solutions is considered a strong asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
