How yo will create an impact:

Spport project teams in developing data-driven commercial strategies, pricing models, and market analyses for a diverse range of clients-from BB indstrial firms to retail and technology sectors

Condct detailed data analyses and perform internal and external benchmarking

Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, contribting yor perspective and ideas to solve complex client challenges

Assist in preparing client presentations and deliverables

Collaborate within local and international project teams, working with colleages from diverse cltral and professional backgronds

Spport the Central and Eastern Erope (CEE) team in bsiness development activities

Yor profile:

Excellent verbal and written commnication skills in Polish and English; additional CEE langages are a pls

Strong academic backgrond in bsiness, economics, mathematics, statistics, finance, data science, or a related field

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Python or database management is a pls bt not reqired

Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail

Genine interest in commercial strategy, pricing, and indstry trends

Ability to work effectively in teams and thrive in client-facing environments

Independent thinker with initiative and a proactive attitde

Highly motivated to develop new skills and grow professionally

Optional: Practical experience from internships at conslting firms or within indstry
