Our client is a highly respected multinational known for its strong people-first culture. They are offering a rare opportunity for a newly established Global HR Business Partner role, to support the technology business portfolio during an exciting phase of growth and transformation.

Key responsibilities:

1. Act as strategic advisor to Global Business Leaders around the People Agenda in accordance with business priorities and organizational vision
2. Ensure global HR policies and frameworks are aligned with organizational strategy and market or functional requirements, utilizing business acumen and market knowledge.
3. Accountable for championing a future focused approach by thinking strategically and anticipating new opportunities, as well as understanding external market trends to drive successful organizational transformation
4. Work closely with the broader HR team to drive continuous process improvement and HR projects to achieve operational effectiveness

Requirements:

1. Degree qualified with minimally 12 to 15 years’ experience across the full spectrum of HR, with strengths in Business Partnering and experience in delivering strategic initiatives and driving transformation projects
2. Global HR experience supporting the technology business is required, with proven track record in collaborating with the business and within HR to ensure strategic alignment with organization goals
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team across different geographies
4. Demonstrate high level of flexibility and agility to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment
5. Strong business acumen, proven problem-solving skills and leadership abilities
