My client, a global investment firm, is seeking for a Head of structuring to lead a team across the region.
The Role
- Lead the global Fee Structuring function, setting its strategic direction and operating model to support the firm's long-term growth and business objectives.
- Act as the subject matter expert on fee structuring, partnering with senior leadership, legal, and structuring teams to translate commercial terms into robust Limited Partnership Agreement (LPA) provisions.
- Drive the design, governance, and continuous enhancement of fee structures, ensuring scalability, operational excellence, and commercial effectiveness.
- Build and develop a high-performing Fee Structuring team while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration across investment, legal, finance, and operations teams.
- Champion innovation through AI, automation, and digital solutions to improve accuracy, streamline processes, and enable greater strategic value creation.
Your Profile
- Minimally 10 years of experience in Fund Operations
- Strong understanding of fee schedules
- Leadership experience in managing teams across different regions
