Key Facts: SAP FI/CO, SAP PS, SAP S/4HANA, Record-to-Report & Project Accounting, Stakeholder Management, in Winterthur/home office.

Main tasks:

• Act as the go-to functional expert for SAP FI/CO and PS
• Provide 2nd level support and ensure stable system operations
• Translate business requirements into efficient SAP solutions
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Project Management, and IT
• Drive system enhancements, change requests, and incident handling
• Plan and execute testing (UAT), releases, and deployments
• Maintain documentation and support key users with training
• Ensure high-quality master data for finance and project structures
• Coordinate with external SAP partners for complex topics
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and reporting
• Support critical finance processes such as period-end closing

Your qualifications:

• Several years of SAP FI/CO experience in a consulting or inhouse role
• Strong customizing skills in FI/CO; solid know-how in SAP PS
• Experience in SAP projects (implementations, rollouts, enhancements)
• Good understanding of finance processes (R2R, project accounting)
• Confident stakeholder management in international environments
• SAP S/4HANA experience and/or certification is a plus
• Fluent English; German is beneficial
