Als Specialist Fraud Monitoring analysiert du Betrugsverdachtsfälle und wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Fraud Prevention Prozesse mit.

Das sind deine Aufgaben

• Bearbeitung von Betrugsverdachtsfällen
• Kontaktaufnahme zur Transaktionsabklärungen mit Banken und Behörden
• Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung der bestehenden Fraud Prevention Prozesse
• Ergreifen von Massnahmen zur Schadensbegrenzung
• Bereitschaft zu vereinzelten Samstagseinsätzen

Das bringst du mit

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (vorzugsweise kaufm. Ausbildung) mit ausgewiesener Berufserfahrung
• Erfahrung im Debit- und/oder Kreditkartengeschäft (vorzugsweise im Fraud Bereich)
• Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Qualitätsorientierung
• Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit klarer und professioneller Kommunikation
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englisch-kenntnisse
