12 month contract either London or Belfast --- £460 a day PAYE/Umbrella

Responsibilities:

• Partner with multiple teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals

• Identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.

• Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards

• Provide advanced knowledge of applications to ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint

• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation

• Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals

• Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions

• Requirements Analysis, Capture & Development of the etrading platform

• Business & Technical Requirements - Capture / Analysis

• Development of the etrading infrastructure platform

• Implementing Internal / External Network Connectivity Changes

• Service Now - An understanding of Testing / UAT coordination

• Collaboration with the global business and development teams

• Troubleshoot Infrastructure performance and scalability issues

• Support 3rd Party Vender ION Application

• Third line support of the platform

Technical Skills

• Understanding of Internal & External Network Connectivity - (Gateways, Firewall & Routers)

• Relational database concepts and knowledge in SQL

• RedHat & Wintel O/S Admin Experience

• Infra Decommissioning / Builds

• Strong problem solving skills

• Unix scripting

Non-Technical Skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience of working with Global partners
