I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Northampton based organisation as they are looking for a Finance Business Partner Manager to join the team on a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract on maternity cover.
My client are a well known Engineering company who are in a position to IV and on board remotely. This role reports directly in to the Deputy CFO and is responsible for heading up a team of 4 Finance BPs ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting and stakeholder management. This is a great opportunity to head up a high performing team, who operate within a unique and fast paced environment where team work and the goal of the overall organisation is at the forefront of all areas of the business.
The ideal candidate will be: ACCA / CIMA or an equivalent certified, experience within Engineering / Manufacturing isn't essential but it would be a bonus, however, I am open to talking to those with relevant technical skills from any industry.
