Base: London with European travel when required
Principal focus of role: France, The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Spain.
The ideal candidate must have experience within the Pan- European real estate industry.Within this role, you would be the bridge between the UK and European operations and be the business's UK representative in Europe.
The role requires experience in; helping to underwrite, acquire new investment opportunities / originate acquisitions, execute transactions, you would also assist in promoting the company brand, whilst raising their awareness and profile in Europe:

- Sourcing new deal and acquisition opportunities; To assist and support with the underwriting of new acquisitions, offering deal support to the company by securing new asset management mandates, new investment opportunities and executing transactions
- Perpetuating the existing contact base whilst building a new contact base across Europe.
- Sourcing and securing new investment mandates, assisting with fundraising with third party funders
- Helping to invigorate the company's activity and visibility in the European market.
Salary £80,000 - £90,000 base plus bonus
