Business Development Manager

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Developing and onboarding new accounts in the banking and finance sector across the UK and European markets
  • Cold calling, relationship building, uncovering client needs and presenting strategic solutions
  • Negotiation and closing deals

Other Duties/Responsibilities

  • Lead generation
  • Face-to-face client meetings
  • Doing online Product demos
  • Following complete sales process

Job Qualifications/Personal Skills

  • Educated to degree standard or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in French and/or Flemish is highly desirable
  • Confident manner in pitching, sales technique and ability to close sales effectively
  • A good team player, able to work well with others and across departments
  • Target-orientated and highly tenacious
  • Good IT skills, preferably with prior experience using Salesforce
