Pearse Partners has partnered with numerous Debt Advisory shops in London looking to expand their teams.

This is an opportunity to work with an established and widely recognised debt advisory team with over 10 years track record in deal advisory, from primary financing to full blown restructuring.

You will work within the team to provide advisory to clients on origination, structuring, distribution, underwriting and secondary market trading, this could be anything from advising on debt for acquisitions, to refinancing of exisitng debt or restructuring of current existing debt.

Background:

- Debt Advisory/ Lev Fin and an IB or sponsors team
