Senior Finance Analyst

Location: London

A well-known international Hotel Group, operating at scale across Europe is seeking a high-performing Senior Finance Analyst to join its commercial finance team.

Known for its strong brands, pace, and complexity, the organisation offers significant exposure and the opportunity to influence senior decision-making.

This role sits at the heart of the business, partnering closely with commercial leaders and owning key elements of budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across a sizeable cost base.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles for commercial functions
• Producing monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis, KPIs, and clear commentary on performance drivers
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities
• Monitoring cost performance and supporting cost-efficiency across multiple entities
• Presenting financial insights and recommendations to commercial leadership to support informed decision-making
