Transaction Manager, Structured Finance (Repacks)

Excellent opportunity for a Transaction Manager, with strong knowledge of Structured Finance and repacks to join a leading international Bank. Based in offices in London, the successful candidate will join an established team and will be responsible for assisting with transaction management services (i.e. review, negotiation and execution of relevant documentation in relation to new issues under existing repack programmes, updates of existing repack programmes and new repack programmes).

Responsibilities include:

·Delivering client transaction management services through review, negotiation and execution of relevant documentation, in relation to new issues under existing repack programmes, updates of existing repack programmes and new repack programmes.

·Acting as a main point of contact for allocated clients.

·Ensuring the accurate set up and maintenance of transactions.

·Ensuring that all appropriate approvals are in place prior to deal closure, including KYC, deal review and trustee approvals.

·Taking part in deal review as appropriate.

·Ensuring that billing/legal invoicing is accurate and up to date.

·Ensuring accurate opening, verification, management and closure of cash and custody accounts on and offshore.

·Building and developing client relationships.

·Ad-hoc duties as required.

 

Skills/Experience:

·Knowledge of Issuer Corporate Trust product and market desirable.

·Working knowledge of Structured Finance transactions desirable.

·Understanding of transaction documentation, deal execution and / or legal experience.

·Strong transaction management / execution and negotiation skills.

·Ability to prioritise workload.
