A leading global exchange and clearing organization is seeking a senior sales professional to help drive the next phase of growth across its U.S. institutional client base. This is a high-impact opportunity to work with some of the largest banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and trading firms in the world while helping shape the future of derivatives trading and clearing.

As part of a growing cross-asset sales team, you'll play a key role in expanding adoption of industry-leading fixed income, derivatives, and clearing solutions while acting as a strategic partner to senior decision-makers across the financial markets ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders across Tier-1 banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and trading firms.
• Drive growth across derivatives trading, fixed income, and clearing solutions.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities throughout the U.S. market.
• Partner closely with product, strategy, technology, and operations teams to bring client feedback into business initiatives.
• Lead commercial efforts around new products and market structure developments.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and executive-level client meetings.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on market structure, clearing, capital efficiency, and trading solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of institutional sales, business development, or relationship management experience within capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of fixed income products, listed derivatives, clearing, futures, options, repos, or OTC markets.
• Experience covering major U.S. financial institutions and senior decision-makers.
• Established relationships across trading desks, clearing teams, portfolio managers, or market structure stakeholders.
• Background from an exchange, clearinghouse, FCM, fintech, market infrastructure provider, or major financial institution.
• Excellent commercial instincts, communication skills, and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a low-ego mindset.
