Job Description
NOTE: This role is not open to Relocation or Sponsorship. Jersey residents are eligible to apply.
To contribute to a positive workforce experience by supporting multiple learning programme interventions conducted internally and by external Providers. Partner with relevant stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data-driven insights, pertinent to the Community of Expertise (CoE), for decision making. Interpret future requirements and shifts in CoE practice, implementing end-to-end solutions, prioritising and ensuring alignment of CoE initiatives implemented, to address needs.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- First Degree in Social Sciences
Experience Required :
- 3-4 years experience
- Demonstrated workplace experience within the area of specialisation.
Key Outputs :
- Coordinate all delivery management of learning programmes utilising the Learning Management System (LMS) to maintain up to date, accurate, seamless delivery processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve and innovate systems and processes whilst reporting on errors and performance of these systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor that training delivery is delivered as per the Bank's standards and escalate issues to Learning partner if necessary, in support of a consistent, integrated workforce experience.
- Adhere to the risk and governance framework for the respective CoE to ensure that risks are appropriately mitigated.
- Adhere to relevant People and Culture data policies so that quality data is consistently and appropriately stored, used and managed.
