Better requires process discipline and simplification If you are looking for a classical 'boring' banking job, then do not read any further. This role is a broader, exciting generalist business role, working with a variety of globally spread partnering functions, making things happen and making a real impact in business and for clients! You'll play a key role in further expanding Western Union International Bank's (WUIB) corporate banking and payment capabilities. You will be responsible for WUIB's corporate banking offering, the Account Pay-out Network to correspondent accounts, cards & 3rd party wallets (APN) and WUIB's payment capabilities (real-time payments schemes / SEPA etc.). In addition, you will make use of your natural curiosity and entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovation to optimize and transform key processes to become even more client-centric, service-oriented and focused on delivery.
A university education or equivalent experience is required, with solid experience in corporate banking, as well as a good understanding of correspondent banking. Experience in mobile/online payment systems and open banking will be a plus. Being tech-savvy is one of your strengths and you hold excellent project management skills, as well as communication and relationship management skills.
