Responsible for the set-up, implementation, and continuous oversight of outsourced services, you will ensure transparency, increase operational efficiency and identify potential savings. Appointed as the single point of contact on all matters related to outsourcing oversight, you will deliver continuous enhancements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
To be successful in this pivotal role, you'll have extensive experience and background in risk management, internal audit, compliance or outsourcing. Excellent knowledge of EBA Outsourcing Guidelines and relevant general banking/financial industry regulation requirements (PSD, CRR/CRD, MiFID, etc.) as well as specific regulations in the European Union (internal controls, operational risk etc.). You ideally have a bachelor's degree or have demonstrated work experience in a similar function in the area of payment/banking services and processes. Fluency in German is preferred, and fluency in English required. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable. Join us, and let's move money for better
