The Company:

This company is a very well-known global Financial Services organisation who are looking to expand their End User Function here in Melbourne. They are in search of a Desktop Support Analyst to assist their corporate head office.

Description:

In this End-User focused position, you will be providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd level IT support to corporate users. You will assist customers with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software to provide constant usability of equipment and software. You will also be responsible for managing a workload of incident tickets through ServiceNow and adhere to company's SLA's.

Required Skills:
  • Face to face, phone and remote support experience
  • Experienced working in a Windows 10 Environment
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Familiar with configuring and troubleshooting of MS Office applications
  • Experience with Service Now (or similar ticketing tools)
  • Experience in a Corporate Financial Services/Professional Services environments
