About the Role

Enterprise Services (ES) is responsible for the world leading application of technology and operations across every aspect of CommBank, from innovative product platforms for our customers to essential tools within our business. We also use technology to drive efficient and timely processing, an essential component of great customer service.
Working closely with other CBA IT teams, you will build relationships to ensure you're on the leading edge of technologies delivered to the group to ensure you can deliver great customer experiences.

Our team
The Gold Card team is essential to ensure internal VIP end users, specifically Group Executives and Board Members, have minimal disruption to their IT Systems. You will be technology driven and proactive to enable, and improve, the productivity of these VIPs.

Do work that matters:
You will report directly to the manager of Gold Card and will be based onsite to provide high levels of support to VIP employees within the Group.
  • Deliver a world class technology experience to VIP employees within the Group
  • Understand and promote the latest internal technology offerings from product teams
  • Live and breathe CBA values in day to day interactions
  • Use customer feedback to work with product teams and drive technology improvements
  • Highlight risks with technology
  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people.

What skills you will possess:
  • Demonstrated experience in an executive or VIP IT support role
  • Experience in face to face support
  • Strong IT knowledge with a passion for learning new technologies
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Composure in high pressure situations
  • ITIL certification and other IT qualifications are an advantage
