Front Office Manager | Permanent Fulltime | Western Sydney Region | Competitive Salary PackageLarge education and training organisation in Western Sydney

You will be responsible for:
  • Handling day to day operations.
  • General maintenance.
  • Managing a team of around 15 trainers and admin staff and ensuring they are all on track to reach goals.
  • Scheduling high volumes of shifts and appointments.
  • Handling any complaints or enquiries.
What you'll need to succeed:
  • Previous experience in a people management position
  • You feel comfortable having tough conversations and provide feedback as needed
  • Previous experience with managing high volume rosters and schedules
  • You will have the ability to think on your feet and have proven problem-solving skills
  • You will be highly organised with a keen eye for detail
