Network Integrations Engineer (IT)

TEKsystems has partnered an Australian Professional Services Firms specialised in designing, implementing and supporting high-performance IT infrastructure solutions to a broad client base. The business has the reputation for an exemplary service model and innovative solutions which harness fit-to-purpose technologies to solve complex business challenges.

This firm are expanding their Field Network Integration & Consulting Team due to the acquisition of several new enterprise clients and are seeking a strong Network Engineer on a permanent basis.

To be successful for this position you must be a driven individual who is focused on high quality customer engagement and end-to-end ownership of projects and issues. The position will involve roughly 50% network troubleshooting/support and 50% project work.

Responsibilities:

- Working with Solution Architect to design, implement and supporting HP & HPE Aruba network technologies
- Routing and switching with multiple technologies
- Setting up LAN & Wi-Fi
- Providing high-touch project and BAU support remotely and at client sites across Sydney
- Taking end-to-end ownership over customer issues - seeing them through to completion

Requirements
- Valid Australian Drivers License and own car (travel reimbursed)
- Hands-on experience with HP & HPE Aruba network technologies (ClearPass highly regarded)
- Experience working in an ISP, MSP or Professional Services Firm OR a comparably high-paced & challenging environment
