Opportunity for a Senior Change Manager with experience in Financial Services

Background:

One of the big players in the domestic Financial Services scene is looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead and assist with implemention of organisational and cultural change in their Enterprise technology risk function.

They are looking for an end to end, outcomes focused Senior Change Manager to look at some organisational change as they reorganise their people in a more effective operating model to ensure they marry the needs of innovation with the management of technology risk.

Role & Responsibility:

  • Develop and refine the change strategy to support delivery of strategic initiatives
  • Support organisational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Adopt design thinking principles
  • Analysis of frameworks, policies and standards
  • Work closely with training team to ensure successful design and delivery of effective training interventions
  • Manage the design, development, delivery of high quality communications

Profile:

To be successful in this role you will have relevant qualifications and considerable experience, preferably within financial services. You will also have:
  • 5+ years of experience within change management, more recently as an hands-on change manager, managing end to end change in complex environments across large scale projects with demonstrated experience working in financial services
  • Strong track record in change management with demonstrated experience using a variety of methodologies such as agile, ADKAR, prosci
  • Background in risk is desirable
  • Experience managing teams and facilitating working groups
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity whilst driving outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, establishing good working relationships with fellow colleagues, the business and other stakeholders
