Compliance Consultant - AML / KYC
Tasks
As a Compliance Consultant in AML / KYC you will be part of the Governance, Risk & Compliance practice. Your role will include the following tasks:
- Supporting the preparation of internal compliance and FC related policies and procedures
- Assisting in the rollout of these policies and procedures, including training
- Monitoring and testing suspicious alerts and KYC files
- Advising the client facing team on compliance related queries and interpretation of AML / KYC topics (e.g. 6th AML Directive)
- Handling client acceptance and file reviews within different business lines
- Supporting firms in managing the significant changes in AML / KYC regulation
- Protecting customer interests
- Reporting of incidents and analysis
- Monitoring and recording of conduct concerns and breaches

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Law or Economics
- Good knowledge of the basic concepts and key regulatory changes
- A first experience in a Compliance related topic is strongly advised
- Comfortable to manage ambiguity
- Ability to work autonomously
- Innovative and proactive approach
- Entrepreneurship mindset
- Great communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch or French and English
