A large prop desk is looking for an experienced credit investment analyst covering Chinese issuers, for primarily public high yield names as well as private credit/ special situations. An onshore based role but covering offshore credits, the ideal candidate needs to be based in Shanghai covering Greater China markets. minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required, good industry/ sector research, financial modeling are strongly preferred. Candidates who are currently based in Hong Kong or Singapore but open to relocate to Shanghai are also welcomed.
- Support PM to screen, analyse high yield Chinese names and make investment/ sell-down recommendations.
- On private credit/ special siutations projects, on-site due diligence may also be required.
