Description

Position Objective:
  • Manage, plan, organize and direct all administrative and technical activities of CTI China South branches within area of responsibility. 
Function and Scope
  • Coordinate and manage the first level support for LAN, WAN, Voice, Desktop and Banking Applications.
  • Business relationship management, single point of contact for biz/users, provide Technology solutions upon biz requirement.
  • Managing and follow up EUS with a traceable log system. Review and maintain SLA.
  • Evaluating vendor service level, engineer performance and proposal on necessary changes.
  • Responsible for WAN and voice accessibility.
  • LAN and equipment room operation and maintenance.
  • Application deployment and operational production.
  • Roll out of anti virus and other essential functions.
  • Insure reliability and security is maintained over the environment at all times.
  • Support covering all Citi units in Central branches within area of responsibility. To be extended to other cities that Citigroup footprint arrives.
  • Coordinate projects implementation life cycle.
  • Responsible for CITMP and IS compliance related deployment and operations. \
Duties & Responsibilities
Planning
  • Resource planning to support Central China business units.
  • Provide TI Management with capacity planning information and resource management information from Southern China environments as specified in China TI Operational Procedures.
Coordinating/Liaison
  • Liaison with customer.
  • Liaison to Citigroup CTI China streams for back end support, user new requirements.
  • Liaison with external vendor resource like telecom, vendor and regulators.
  • Escalation on service failure.
  • Support end user desktop infrastructure and applications, escalate problems to second support team.
  • Coordinating audit preparation.
  • Existing TI internal procedure review and improvement.
Execution
  • Studying standards and procedure of Citigroup Technology.
  • Conducting daily IT operation, including (but not limited to)
  • Managing and follow up Helpdesk with a traceable log system. Review and maintain SLA.
  • Evaluating vendor service level, engineer performance and proposal on necessary changes.
  • Responsible for WAN and voice accessibility.
  • LAN and equipment room operation and maintenance.
  • Application deployment and operational production.
  • Roll out of anti virus and other essential functions.
  • Insure reliability and security is maintained over the environment at all times.
  • Coordinating IT projects implementation.
  • Assuring all local IT process compliant to CITMP especially IS policies. Ensure data security / integrity.
Progress Reporting
  • Bi-Weekly status report. Covering Central China.
  • Escalating critical issue including unsolved service failure.


Qualifications

Qualification & Experience required
  • Bachelor or equivalent degree, preferably in Information Technology.
  • Intensive understanding and experienced in ITIL.
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in leading teams of IT Operations.
  • Experience in audit, compliance, ISO certification
  • Skill set on resource management both internally and external vendor team.
  • Good command of English in both oral and written
  • Mature, responsible, hardworking, self motivated, self-discipline and teamwork
  • Adept communication skill, firm and persistent personality, faster learner and ability of working under pressure
  • People Management, team building and leadership skills.
