Corporate Bank
Deutsche Bank's Corporate Bank addresses the needs of corporate clients, financial institutions, investors, and issuers and is the largest Euro clearer for payments:

• In Corporate Treasury Services we provide corporate clients with liquidity management, foreign exchange, payment, trade finance and lending solutions. These services are aligned with the Investment Bank to ensure cross-divisional alignment.
• Our Institutional Client Services provide financial institutions, investors and issuers with institutional cash management, trust and agency solutions as well as securities services.
• In Germany, our Business Banking segment supports small businesses and self-employed business owners with payment and credit solutions as well as other banking.

As an Agile Coach (m/f/x) you will play a key part in shaping the Corporate Bank to be an adaptable organization able to make use of lean / agile approaches to drive value, performance, and increased employee satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities

• Outline and develop a transformation roadmap and continuous improvement practices to improve performance in close cooperation with the Agile Lead and local teams.
• Provide coaching, training and facilitation as needed across the Corporate Bank to ensure the goals of the Agile Accelerator are met.
• Contribute to creating an environment for collaboration, exchange of experience and continuous learning across the Corporate Bank.
• Maintain thought leadership through attendance at meetups / conferences as required.

Your skills and experiences

• Experience in coaching, facilitating, mentoring, and training individuals and teams in agile and lean approaches.
• Able to show others how to combine theoretical and pragmatic approaches to resolving organizational problems based on agile ways of working.
• Proven ability to navigate a complex and less structured environment even with little support whilst implementing tangible outcomes.
• Empathic and engaging appearance.
