Details about the team

Within Cash Management, Implementation & Service (I&S) is responsible for opening and maintaining accounts for corporate clients. The implementation of cash management solutions like Cash Manager, Local and Cross Boarder Pooling as well providing the Service on day to day inquiries is the main activity.  The Electronic Banking Support is as well one of the key elements we provide to Corporate clients. The Implementation Manager is accountable for the co-ordination of the end-to-end implementation of clients. This is done by using standardized project management tools.  Acting as a project leader for the implementation process in front of the client ensuring a fast, professional and accurate implementation.

Your key responsibilities

  • Accountable and responsible of the implementation of the project acting as liaison with the ‘leg’ implementation managers internally coordinating all DB parties involved, e.g. Legal Department if required and perform  technical set-ups and tracking progress by making use of standard project management templates
  • Identify changes in project scope, arrange and exchange necessary legal documentation with clients  and organize trainings for them
  • Responsible for project hand-over upon completion to Services
  • Together with CMC Sales and/or Client Service Manager monitoring of committed revenues 
  • Undertake secondary responsibilities (e.g. in working groups; Knowledge Owner responsibilities)

Your skills and experience

  • Apprenticeship in banking/ Bachelor in Finance or equivalent
  • Good understanding of corporate cash management products
  • Good Project Management experience with a strong client focus balancing between DB interest and client’s interest
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, decisive and problem solving skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to work autonomously
  • English skills at native speaker level and fluent German skills (written and verbal)
